Beryilliosis is the damage and scarring of lung tissue, screening methods for Beryillum disease include;chest x-rays, beryillum lymphcyte proliferation test( a blood test done at the National jewish Hospital in Denver ,colorado). A biopsy can reveal a particular type of scar called a Granuloma found in the diseased lung or skin tissue.By far the most reliable test for detecting Beryillum disease is the Belpt(blood test). Acute beryillum disease is caused by breathing in relatively high consentrations of Beryillum dust and Metal fumes, symptoms associated with ABD include difficulty breathing, cough, and in some cases chest pains.Skin irritation is another potential Beryillum related problem. Chronic beryillum disease cannot be cured.
