Stop the use of deadly force by law enforcement.

Created by E.O. on November 24, 2014

Stop the use of deadly force by law enforcement. This past weekend there was another fatal police shooting. A twelve year old boy holding an air gun in Cleveland Ohio was shot and killed. As we wait for the grand jury in Ferguson to make a decision, we hope for justice but also remember the law and precedence they will be instructed to use when judging the case. We are asking that you impose limits on allowable use of force by law enforcement established through the Tennessee v. Garner (1985) and Graham v. Connor (1989) rulings. The law must be changed to disallow the use of deadly force.
