HR 658 allows unmanned aircraft systems, more commonly drones, to fly over domestic soil. This new authorization to use constant surveillance and monitoring violates our right to privacy. It violates our rights to assembly. It enables our government an over-step of their role. Our government exists to serve us not to defile our rights with drones flying over us day and night to control us. Why is the homeland security force buying up ammunition and drones to fly domestically? I don't believe this new direction of drones are what the founding fathers had in mind.
