This petition is to address the use of Executive Orders that bypass Congress and/or the Supreme Court, and/or violate the Constitution.
The purpose of the Executive Order is to assist the President utilizing limited powers to fill positions and require no funding. Any funding for a program is required to be passed by Bill in the House of Representatives.
All Executive Orders that have violated the Constitution or which were signed by the President in order to bypass the Congressional branch of the government should now be immediately revoked and associated programs halted.
