Government supported electronic harassment and organized stalking has been happening for sometime. However, only recently have the number of victims increased to a point where it is getting some attention. Groups of organized individuals target victims usually for whistle blowing or activism and use high tech military grade electronic weapons to harass the targets from anywhere to causing sleep deprivation to serious medical problems or even death.
