Stop the use of standardized tests in schools by replacing them with broad curriculum rubrics to assess student growth.

Standardized tests are an unbalanced method in measuring student capability.
These tests only measure how well a student can perform on certain types of questions on a particular day instead of gauging a student's knowledge in multiple areas of academia/arts and work habits. Standardized tests also stress teachers to "teach to the test" instead of supporting innovative, personal, and efficient teaching.The SATs and ACTs given to highschoolers create an extremely unfair socioeconomic advantage. They don't measure students' capability in core subjects but instead determine how much money students' parents can spend on test-prep classes and paying for multiple retakes.
Broad curriculum rubrics would gauge students' comprehensiveness in academia/arts on personal-base levels.
