Stop the use of tens of billions of federal dollars used to pay for fraudulent overtime of state public employee unions.

Public employee union members through fraudulent overtime are making well over $100,000 per year with otherwise . In addition, excessive benefits and pensions allow people to retire on amounts much higher than any other taxpayer can. Also, union rules provide for huge over staffing and doing meaningless work. Federal dollars should not enable this waste of possibly hundreds of billions of dollars, but strictly limit the amount of any state and local spending so that it is fair to taxpayers that aren't protected by these powerful unions.
