Stop the use of USNavy sonar technology in regions where marine mammals thrive (Hawaii, Alaska, Near the coasts)

The U.S. Navy is moving forward with a plan that will intensify its sonar use off Southern California and Hawaii, therefore endangering the lives of many marine mammals which rely on sonar to travel and survive.
