Stop using Executive Orders to bypass Congress.

Executive Orders exist to assist with the enforcement of laws that have been passed by Congress, however Executive Orders are routinely used to enforce things that have not been passed by Congress. We petition the Government to stop using Executive Orders to bypass Congress and violate The Constitution of the United States of American.
