Stop Using Executive Orders as a runaround of Congress. Use them the way they were intended - for a Pres mandated duties

President Obama (and other presidents in the past) have used Executive Orders to runaround the Congress. Executive Orders are for a President to use to carry out his/her mandated powers. All powers NOT given to the Federal government by the Constitution are reserved for the states and the people (10th Amendment).
