stop using executive orders to side step congress. There is a reason we have 3 branches of govt checks and balances.

There are 3 branches of government for a reason checks and balances. Executive order should not be an excuse to push something threw that the house or senate would not approve.
So why would executive order by the president be allowed just to bypass congress. Sounds more of a dictatorship then an elected official.
