The United States Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court was enacted to oversee the requests for surveillance warrants against suspected foreign intelligence agents inside the United States by federal law enforcement agencies (primarily the F.B.I.). The FISA and FISC were inspired by the recommendations of the Church Committee. This is a clear violation of privacy and a defiant effort by our government to further state citizens have no right.
