Stop using income tax and to switch to a 9% flat tax so the people can buy more things that would help the economy.

If a flat tax were used instead of an income tax, the people that work hard and earn money will be able to buy more things that would stimulate the economy and help small business. This would create numerous jobs that America desperately needs.
