This petition is being created to prevent the United States from expending valuable resources by means of:
1. Sending military personal into a foreign country to assist in setting the citizens free from tyranny. We didn't have much help earning our freedom from Britain.
2. Keep from spending billions of taxpayer dollars to pay for damages in a postwar situation, for repair, food, shelter, and other expenses not meant for U.S. Citizens. We have our own problems that need funded.
3. To stop providing aid to other countries during crisis. We didn't receive much help during Hurricane Katrina, but we were all over sending aid for tsunami's, landslides and other events.
Focus on your own citizens, you know, "We The People."
Try defending our country instead of ignoring it.
