Mr. President, the concept of women's health that was expanded too far in the Doe decision goes beyond the Roe v. Wade decision that you claim to believe in. (Roe and Doe are staunchly pro-life by the way and have never had abortions.) We have read and listened to, in print, on the internet, and in person women who say that they regret their abortions. When Doe and Roe tried to appeal their eponymous decisions, the Supreme Court refused to hear their arguments (and these stories of regret). In light of all of their stories the concept of "women's health" (while unjustly applied only to the born) should not be so overbroad as to include what amounts to elective abortions. The "choice" language is also misleading because it sums up a lifelong decision of utmost importance to mere choice.
