Stop drawing from SS to fund government spending. SS is not a entitlement program it is a program people pay into. Save SS by returning the money that the government has with drawn thru out the years. Stop allowing people that have not paid into SS to draw from it. Social Security is not a hand out for illegals, unemployed, under employed. If you choose to not make these change then SS needs to be returned to a elective payroll deduction and not mandatory.
