Stop using taxpayer's money to pay for inauguration parties for a president's second term.

Please stop using taxpayer money to throw huge inauguration galas to celebrate an incumbent president's second term. There is nothing new or "inaugural" about a second term. That money could always be better spent elsewhere. If it is raised by Political Action Committees, it could be saved for the next election.
