Congress you can't find a place to cut spending? Start here and stop making a lazy America. Stop giving all the free government hand outs to people who are too lazy to get a job. Not everyone in America has to be middle-class. The U.S. government has made it to easy for those who don't work to receive benefits. 90% of company's require drug test for employment, why not require drug test if your collecting welfare or unemployment?
