Mostly every year, Electric, Gas, Oil, Water, Telephones, Trash increase their rates at least by 5%. Mr. President please put a stop to this to anyone that receives Social Security regardless of other incomes. In most cases other incomes do not increase, along with the increase in Medicare. Consequently we continually see our incomes deflating causing more and more of us to try to make it on less dollars each month.
