Stop Veterans Deportation

Created by F.S. on February 05, 2013

Stop Veteran Deportation now... active duty soldiers, veterans, and thier spouses are eligible to apply for United States citizenship under special provisions of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) but
NO one seems to know or understand this provision.

Hundreds are being deported and under threat of deportation despite honorable service to our country. Some are consequently denied veteran medical services, and are relegated to the Shelter for Banished U.S. Veterans in Rosarita, Mexico.

Don't rush the immigration reform 2013 without reviewing the Immigration and Nationality Act sections 328 and 329. Then read what is happening to thousands of hard working immigrant veterans as described by the Valenzuela Brothers plight.

Immigration and the Justice Systems must work as one.
