On February 11, 2013, the Mayor of Chicago, in conjunction with the Chicago Police Department, conducted an all day UAV survelliance on a targeted area on the South Side of Chicago, from 6:30 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. The all tax paying, law abiding residents on Chicago's South Side, in this area have been targeted by this egregious City Hall/Police surveillance act, in order to capture two suspects, who reportedly were taken into custody the night of February 10, 2013. That we all should be tormented and under survaillance, given the minuscule number of gang related activity, by comparison to the vast Black community is an egregious act of violation of the 4th Amendment of the United States Constitution.
