Stop Violation of Second Amendment

Created by J.C. on February 10, 2013

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State,
the right of the people to keep and bear Arms,
shall not be infringed.

It couldn't be more simple, the constitution is very consistent in that it defines rights of the nation, rights of the state and rights of the people.

This is the only amendment where it has been ignored as to this meaning the rights of the state and rights of the people.

The constitution is clear that it stands over all laws of congress and the constititution can not be altered or redefined without a ratified amendment to guarantee it is the will of the majority and not just a few.

There is not restriction on type of weapon, status of citizen or permission of government but it does state that these rights shall not be infringed -
