Our President has a constitutional duty to end the abuse and violence perpetrated by various police forces and municipalities upon citizens peacefully protesting the blatant financial iniquities in the U.S. financial systems through the protest known as Occupy Wall Street or OWS which is springing up spontaneously all over our country.These people are NOT CRIMINALS ,THEY ARE PATRIOTS.To allow the police to assault, taze , grenade, and beat with clubs is a violation of human rights whether it's in Egypt , in Syria , in Libya , in New York , or California.
It is our country's shame that we would denounce assaults on peaceful protesters in other countries and condone this practice in our own.
