We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

Stop violent military intervention against the peaceful water protectors in North Dakota #NODAPL

Created by S.G. on October 29, 2016

We are calling on our government to remove the contracted security forces and the military interventions in North Dakota in regards to the Dakota Access Pipeline protests. Put a stop to the violent intervention by the police. Uphold the water protectors constitutional rights to free speech and peaceful assembly. Respect and uphold treaties between the US government and the Tribes. Force the police to follow the laws set forth to protect the citizens of this country. Respect and uphold the water protectors civil rights and civil liberties. The water protectors are protesting in peace and prayer and have a RIGHT to have their voices heard without violence or mass arrest. If you wont stop the pipeline, wont you at least protect the citizens of this country who are protesting? This is America.
