The purpose of this petition is to raise awareness to stop Virginia General Attorney, Mark R. Herring (D), from disbanding out-of-state concealed carry permit holders, starting 2016 February 01. Not only did Mark Herring do this without reasonable means, but also the state police abided by his request to sever nearly all reciprocity agreements, trampling our 2nd Amendment rights and the oath they swore to uphold. Here in Virginia, he's attacked the heart of the NRA. We, the people, need to revoke this ASAP. Remember: The Boiling Frog Anecdote.
