States have set their own rules and regulations as to who can and cannot vote. If you are a person that has to live under the laws created, and be represented by the candidate, you should be allowed to vote. Southern states especially have been taking away the rights of citizens to vote in ways designed to disenfranchise minorities. This needs to stop. Any limitation on voting needs to be unconstitutional.
