All United States citizens deserve equal treatment and pay based off of education and work experience. Sadly in our country white men are paid more than all other ethnicities and men are paid more on average than women across the board. To elaborate, a Latino woman, black man, and white man all get hired for the same job in the same company. Because of race the white man is offered a higher salary than the black man and because of gender the black man will be paid more than the latin woman. This must stop! I want a fair workforce for all Americans where pay grades are not indicative of gender or race. We the United States of America must truly embrace equality.
