On or about 12/24/2009. I was tackled and assaulted by walmart employees for not showing my receipt. Once the local police arrived my receipt of purchase was found and no theft was charged. Instead of releasing me of theft. Walmart employees filed a false police report and I was charged and convicted of three counts of battery. The arresting officer refused to attend bench trial and I was denied a jury trial.
