President should stand by his pledge to support CIVIL SERVICE employees. While we continue to strengthen policies to hire VETERNS into CIVIL SERVICE. We are leaving them behind with A PAY FREEZE for last 3 yrs and NO BUDGET approval for last 5 years and furloughs this year due to sequester not to mention INCREASING the portion CIVIL SERVICE employees pay towards their retirement. Now, President and congress are purposing cutting benefits.
MR. PRESIDENT SIR. WITH SO CALLED FRIENDS OF CIVIL SERVICE LIKE YOU AND CONGRESS WHO NEEDS AN ENEMY.
The constant WAR on civil service employees is completely unfair and unjustified. Most of these employees have served in the armed forces and many are 30% disabled. This SHAMEFULL war on CIVIL SERVICE should stop.
