Stop the "War on Drugs" as a Law Enforcement battle, and pursue it as a Healthcare crisis as Science tells it is!

Science: Psychiatry, Neurology, and Psychology have all told us that addiction is not only biological, but that with the right resources, is treatable! We must stop attacking only the supply, and look harder at the demand! As Americans we have always looked to science to solve problems, and now we have answers. However they are going un used because of the billions of dollars being soaked up by the prison industrial complex, by the law enforcement agencies, (that take less than one to three percent of narcotics off the streets).
There is even giant success rates with a new medication, however it is not covered by insurance, and few persons can afford it! I say we cannot afford not to pay for it! And now that pill mills are gone, Heroin has made a come back with HIV and HEP C!
