Stop the war on many citizen's culture by allowing Equine meat processing which is a food staple to many immigrants.

The USDA no longer performs inspections for Horse processing plants because affluent Americans view them as pets. This is a food staple that many African, Middle Eastern, and Latin American immigrants have eaten and enjoy. It is simply unethical to disallow them an inexpensive, high quality, food product that their cultures allow or promote simply because wealthy Americans disagree with it.
