Stop Warrantless Access To Your Private Online Information

Created by J.C. on November 20, 2012

Do you want the federal government to have permission, at any time, to access your email, direct messages on twitter or private FB messages, without a warrant?

If such a bill existed, which clearly violates the 4th Amendment of the US Constitution & your personal privacy, would you sign your name against that bill?

Such a bill does exist. It is called HR2471. At first the bill required a warrant, but it has been revised to not require one. It also is being voted on next week.

As citizens we our guaranteed the right to privacy as inferred from the 4th Amendment.

Sign this petition and tell our elected officials to stand up for our 4th Amendment right and say no to the amending of HR2471.
