Under the 4th Amendment of the US Constitution, Citizens have the right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures and to be secure in their person, effects and real property.
Since the attacks on September 11th, 2001, agencies in the US Government have accelerated and implemented the use of domestic spying and searching on American Citizens, without obtaining a warrant.
Multiple agencies have employed the use of technologies which effectively inspect and catalog communications by telephone (voice, fax, text) and through the internet.
Further, agencies have employed the use of UAV/drone aircraft to aerially search real property.
Further, the TSA has enacted the use of domestic highway search checkpoints.
These unconstitutional violations of privacy must stop.
