When President Bush enacted the Patriot Act Democrats and the left were outraged. It was done by Executive Order in 2001. Obama campaigned on ending many of the Bush era Orders, but has strengthened the Patriot Act even more.
It is time to end this intrusion into our private lives. Americans value their privacy, and every American should be outraged at the notion of having none.
