Stop the waste of unsaleable but still edible food by passing a law allowing stores, restruarants, warehouses, etc...to give the food to the food banks or soup kitchens instead of throwing it in the trash. It is already comsidered a loss but the insurance companies will not compensate them for it unless it is thrown in the trash. Stop filling the landfill with edible food and feed the needed.
