Every day the fracking operations in North Dakota are "Flaring Off" enough natural gas to heat a half million homes. Beyond the wastefulness of this process, State Regulators are ignoring complaints from Farmers that local air and water is being contaminated. We petition the Federal Government to close loop holes that allow oil companies to carelessly dispose of a precious-and potentially toxic- natural resource.
