Every year we waste Lord knows how much money taking care of criminals that commit unspeakable acts many are repeat offenders. Several inmates have been on death row for well over 10 years. Why feed people 3 meals a day for a decade or more when there fate has been decided already? Why waste money that can be used to get our country out of debt? Why spend so much on lethal injection when you can go to Home Depot and buy a reusable rope for less than $10? Make an example out of violent criminals and repeat offenders with a "ZERO TOLERANCE" policy and I guarantee the crime rate will drop instantly. I'm a soldier and believe some people deserve a second chance, stop wasting money the people who don't want to reform, this won't fix all of America's problems, but it is a start.
