Stop Wasting Money Trying Mass Murders That Are Caught Red-Handed

This country is deteriorating. We are viewed poorly in the eyes of the world. It's an anathema that this once great country is in debt. As the population expands, it's harder and harder to police the populace. There is so much waster in this country. Since the Columbine Massacre, similar Massacres are common place. There is absolutely no reason if a murders is caught red-handed with weapon at the scene of the crime, that they should be tried. A judge should be summon, a jury of resolute individuals should be sequestered at the scene of the crime. A verdict should be reached, and the mass murderer should be executed. We have citizens starving. There is no reason to spend taxpayer dollar trying someone that is 100% guilty.
