Do not continue to tie the hands of law-abiding citizens with firearms. We are only protecting ourselves. Stopping us from owning firearms will not stop the criminals. Criminals will always find a way to get around the law. Do not let this become another lost cause like the "War On Drugs"! Instead put forth the effort to research and develop better psychiatric treatment and detection methods. Suicide is high because so many are scared to seek or denied treatment.
