West Penn Power is taking advantage of all of their customers. If someone needs an extension on their bill or they pay just 1 day late, then West Penn Power adds a $250 Security Deposit to your bill each time. If I asked for an extension that means I am low on money at the time, how do they figure people are supposed to come up with all this extra money that they add to the bill. This is nothing but a scam to fill someone in West Penn Powers pockets with money. The power company knows we cant live without power and is taking advantage of all of us Americans. Lets put an end to this.
