Yelp.com is bullying small businesses into using their services. If you do not pay for their service your positive reviews are filtered and hidden from the general public. Yelp will leave your negative reviews out for everyone to see, even if they are from competitors trying to sabotage your company. There are open lawsuits against the company right now.
