Stop the YMCA from slowing little girls in open men's locker rooms with naked men

The YMCA recently took over a private gym on Lowell in La Cresenta California and they told the adult men that since there are only 2 locker rooms that dad's can bring their daughters into the men's locker room if they need help changing whatever
It's one big open locker room and one big open shower with naked men shaving and using the urinals
In order to take a child to the toilet they have to walk by 2 open showers, 2 open urinals and naked men
They're letting lot's of young boys change and shower with the old men but letting the little girls in is wrong!
I've contacted many government agencies and they say the Y is so big nothing I can do to keep little girls away from the naked men!
