Stop/Cease Congress pay raise and make all new congress members pay salary to $80,000 a year

Due to the US state of the economy it makes no sense for Congress to have a pay raise and for them to be making $200,000 a year since not even FBI, Soldiers, Police officers, etc dont even make $80,000 most the time. Make a real effort for the Goverment to show the people that you care. The real one's that deserve a pay raise in the Goverment like Soldiers only get 1.5% not fair at all.
