The DoD has initiated many programs to cut forces across all services in order to meet FY funding requirements. We the people humbly implore that you immediately compel the SECDEF and all Service chiefs to immediately cease and desist in these actions. There are many other budgetary tools available to meet FY and future years requirments of funding. Consider requesting a larger budget or funding shortfalls with monies that were earmarked for foreign aid. Lets take care of ourselves first.
