Current a group of citizens are placed under surveillance 24/7, being tortured by mean of degradation, humiliation, and physical abused. This technology involved beaming a person with radiation at a remote distance causing discomfort, and interfere with our work. Someone is sending an electric signal to our brain remotely making us think that we are hearing voices and also inducing some uncontrollable contractions of our muscles and movement of our bones. My symptomps are neck sore, joint pain, eye irritation,making it extremely difficult to perform basic functions such as working or socializing.
