We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

Stopping people in California from driving recklessly on the roads.

Created by C.H. on August 24, 2016

This is an important subject because driver disobey the laws daily. Drivers who should be following the speed limit, which is 65 mph, believe that since everyone is doing it then they will never get caught. So they constantly drive about 10 mph faster than is instructed. By driving much faster than the speed limit that increases the chances of a collision and has a higher percentage of damage or injury during a collision. California drivers also never use their turning signals which instruct that they want to change lanes. Which also doesn't help when they try to force themselves into a small opening widow to change lanes.
