This petition is for liberty. Perhaps the most costly commodity a country can have. All this petition is meant to do is for the US government to publicly let the Venezuelan Government know that suppressing protests and media, that killing innocent students that were only trying to show their support for their country, and not the corrupt government, is despicable. The USA has been over seas trying to bring freedom to countries imprisoned by dictatorship and violence.This however, is in our back yard. A country once known for beauty is now a war zone to it's own people. A show a force would just plummet the US into another costly conflict. All this is asking for is for the words of the most powerful country in the world to help defuse the time bomb that is Venezuela. Let democracy win.
