Stop/Restrict Omnibus Bills. End the Porkulus, these bills waste time and money and are often too controversial to pass.

Before Omnibus Bills were first used in 1850, the country was able to actually understand a Bill when they voted on it. Now days they are often laced with controversy and trickery. If not end Omnibus Bills completely, then limit them and restrict when/what they can be used for.
