When you expect mail, it should be there right when you need it. The USPS has lacked customer service for quite some time. What is more upsetting than not getting your mail is filing complaints and no changes are made. For an example, my local post office has like 2 workers present for the dozens who wait on line, their attitudes are atrocious and their information is mis leading regarding mail. People should not have to pay for mail to be delivered in one, two or three days if they're just gonna hold it until the week is over. I thought it was only NYC until I went online and realized this goes on in almost all the states. This is a goverment federal agency. Start working like one.
