strategically attack the Assad regime in Syria to end its use of chemical weapons.

The Assad regime has used chemical weapons against his own people on August 20th 2013.
President Obama declared a year ago that this would constitute a "red line" for the United States and by crossing this red line would trigger a US military response.
We, the people, ask the President to hold true to his word in order to:
A) stay true to his word, and thereby uphold the coercive threat the US still wields as a superpower
B) end this senseless genocide of the Syrian people in which over 100,000 people have been killed.
C) send a message to China, Russia and every other US adversary, that the United States will defend its allies, human rights and any people under siege by mass murderers and dictators
